WHY
WAS RAD FORMED?
RAD focuses on the building an athlete from the inside out.
Starting from the ground up and balancing all forces on the
body before trying to place them in a cookie cutter program
to make them "Big and Strong."
1. Why does it matter how my athlete is structurally balanced?
When any structural angle is off by even one degree the forces acting on joints, tendons, and muscles are acting against their overall performance. The bottom line is if your athlete is not structurally balanced their performance decreases and injury potential increases.
| |
2. What does RAD do for my athlete that other performance camps don't?
RAD focuses on building an athlete from the inside out. We are interested in the HEALTH and FUNCTIONALITY of the athlete. When we get them strong and balanced, THEN we can make the explosive in all areas.
| |
3. What is included in my $899.99?
Each cycle is an individually designed program with at least 16 sessions. Plus each athlete is individually assessed. Athletes also receive focused training and individual attention with others of the same structural background. All of this for LESS than $45 per normal training session!
| |
4. Why doesn't RAD focus on building strength increases in Squat, Bench Press, or Power Clean like some coaches stress?
RAD focuses on how efficiently the athlete moves in all planes of action and what deficiencies they may have. These deficiencies develop because of training practices that did not take into account individual structural differences that some programs ignore or don't have the background to evaluate.
| |
5. How can R.A.D. train multiple athletes from different sports backgrounds all within the same class?
RAD training is not sport specific and because of that RAD can build "real-world athletes". This type of training focuses on keeping the athlete from over developing in one area of their physiology and becoming unbalanced.
| |
6. How does RAD help my daughter hit a softball further, help my son run a faster 40 time, help my football player become quicker, help my tennis player cover more ground?
RAD's courses can improve all of these skills because they focus on the component performing that skill, THE HUMAN BODY. If the Posture is correct and the Joints are balanced and the Structure is properly loaded then the skill will improve with perfect practice!
